We provide updated company-specific RBP Snapshots on a quarterly basis. The RBP
Snapshot is published five business days after the company's financial
statements are published and consists of the following information:
-
RBP probability: The RBP probability tells you the likelihood that
management will actually deliver the required business performance implied in
the price of the stock.
-
RISK indicator: The risk indicator tells you the likelihood that
management will not deliver the required business performance implied in the
price of the stock and is ranked within its sector* and subsector* so you can
assess the company's relative risks.
-
RBP ranking: The RBP probabilities are ranked within the company's
sector and subsector so you can assess the company relative to its peers. We
also provide the median probabilities for the sector and subsector.
-
RBP: The RBP and the RBP components to support the stock price one year
from now, five years from now and 10 years from now. The RBP components
indicate how many units of sales or production a company must achieve in order
to meet the necessary revenue, given its current revenue mix.
-
Sensitivity analysis: Provides a sensitivity analysis of the RBP
probabilities and risk indicators based on movements in the stock price.
*The sector and subsector classification is based upon the Dow Jones and FTSE
Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB).
