Gennadiy Khayutin is executive vice president of our global equity indexing
platform, known as the Required Business Performance analysis platform (RAP).
He is also senior portfolio manager of the Transparent Value Equity Fund and is
responsible for the maintenance and continued development of the RAP. Gennadiy
oversees the implementation of a rigorous set of standards that ensure the RAP
is of the highest quality.
Gennadiy joined the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities group of Lehman
Brothers Inc. in 1996 as an analyst. His responsibilities included evaluating
commercial real estate loans, proposing recommendations to the Real Estate
Investment Committee and preparing the rating agency and investor
presentations.
In 1998, Gennadiy joined Goldman Sachs & Co. of New York. He was responsible
for structured debt products for a variety of health-care and higher-education
clients. Gennadiy also helped raise more than $5 billion in M&A, derivative and
corporate financing deals, with an average transaction size of $200 million.
While at Goldman, Gennadiy was also a key player in the firm's Fixed Income
Electronic Commerce group. He participated in development of Goldman's proprietary electronic
bond-trading platform and was responsible for marketing initiatives
that led to a 175% increase in trading volume.
Gennadiy was also employed in the health care finance group at the Ziegler
Companies Inc.
He graduated magna cum laude from the New York University Stern School
of Business with a bachelor's degree in finance and information systems.
